Happiness is NOT about STUFF!

According to science, 40% of happiness is internal.

The rest is genetics (50%) and life circumstances (10%).

It means you have a BIG chunk of that pie in your hands.

In today’s consumer-driven society, it is easy to fall into the trap of thinking that material possessions are the key to happiness. We are constantly bombarded with advertisements and messages that tell us if we buy this product or own that item, we will finally find true happiness.

However, this could not be further from the truth. In reality, happiness is not about stuff.

When we think about what truly brings us joy and contentment in life, it is rarely the material possessions we own. Instead, the experiences we have, the relationships we foster, and the personal growth we achieve make us truly happy. These intangible aspects of life hold far more value and significance than any material object ever could.

Experiences like travelling to new places, trying new activities, or simply spending quality time with loved ones create lasting memories and a sense of fulfilment. These experiences allow us to broaden our perspectives, learn about different cultures, and connect with others more deeply. These things can give us a sense of purpose and meaning in life.
