So, we’re into 2025, and if you’re like me, you've been undertaking some kind of life review. For me, it’s about trying to be more present and less past or future.
I’ve always loved the stories, but reading Benjamin Hoff’s book The Tao of Pooh and Te of Piglet gave me a newfound appreciation for A A Milne’s creation.

The Tao of Pooh explains the principles of Taoism. The writer uses Winnie-the-Pooh and other characters from A.A. Milne’s well-known children’s books to exemplify those principles, such as contentment.
The literal meaning of “Tao” is “the way,” which leads to contentment like Pooh has in the book.
If you haven’t read Hoff’s superb book, I recommend it. However, I thought I’d share some quotes from the Winnie the Pooh books that resonate with me at the moment.
